Hi!  I am Helen Foley, a licensed massage practitioner, and I have a passion for helping people through massage.  In the course of partnerships and teamwork with my clients, I have seen firsthand how massage improves health and quality of life through relieving pain and stress and helping the body to re-set itself after years of repetitive behaviors.  I have helped a wide range of clients including pregnant and post partum women, children, the elderly, athletes, and hospice patients.

I am a 2004 graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I earned an additional certification of 150 hours in Pre-natal and Post Partum Massage at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in July 2005.  In addition, I currently teach Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage at Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy in Seattle.
